T&C’s

All re-schedules or cancellations must be made no less than 24hrs of your service time.

Cancellations at less than 24hrs notice will be charged 50% of their original booked service.

If you need to re-book within 24hrs of your appointment due to sickness/emergency – you will be asked for a $50 non-refundable deposit to re-book your next service.

No show appointments will be charged 100% of their booked service which will be delivered via an invoice text/email – unless discussed otherwise with your stylist or under extreme circumstances. Failure to pay this invoice will result in being refused any further booking opportunities at Dolls & Sailors.

Re-bookings or cancellations outside of the 24hour window won’t be charged a fee.
Due to our email and text message reminder, forgetting your appointment time is not a valid circumstance for your fee to be waived.
Arriving outside your allotted appointment time may result in your booking being cancelled resulting in a “no-show” fee.
Please call Emily on 0401260272 if you may be late/or if you are lost!

Please do not come in sick. If we suspect you might show cold/flu symptoms, we may refuse your service as have a number of immuno-comprimised clients and staff members. Please don’t put our health or livelihoods before your hair.

We do not offer monetary refunds on our services. This is one thing we do not budge on. We have built our safe, inclusive space as a one-on-one experience. This means we can boast that we actually take time to sit down and consult very, very thoroughly. Obviously, no-ones perfect (least of all us – perfectonist, anxious beans). Mistakes can be made, we’re creators not mathemetitions. We DO offer complimentary re-colour services if you go home and aren’t 100% happy with your colour (within a reasonable time frame). We DO offer complimentary re-cut services if you go home/wash your hair and it’s jusssst not quite sitting right (especially big change restyles or curly hair). We are super communicative and encourage our clients to (kindly) give us any feedback during their appointment.
